We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to initial interviewing and evaluating candidates.

HR Recruiter responsibilities include:

Design and update job descriptions for W2 and C2C placements.Sourcing job ads, managing resumes and conducting background checks of candidates. Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like LinkedIn, StackOverflow and Indeed) Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates Screen incoming resumes and application forms Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person etc.) Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard.

Research Data Analysts specialize in the analysis and interpretation of data generated from scientific research and experiments. Must be good at analytical software such as Python, R, and specialized geospatial tools.

Responsibilities Include:

Conduct data collection, management, and analysis for research projects. Collaborate with researchers in designing and evaluating research studies. Prepare technical reports, research papers, and presentations to disseminate findings. Ensure data quality and perform analyses for quality assurance of research findings. Stay up-to-date with related research developments and integrate them into ongoing projects. Participate in professional development activities and represent the department in research forums. Mentor and guide less experienced staff or students in research techniques and analysis. Develop and use statistical models and algorithms to analyze research data. Communicate with stakeholders including government officials, grant agencies, and industry representatives. Prepare and administer protocols for human subjects protection in research. Analyze and interpret multivariate data relationships using advanced tools. Manage and clean datasets, ensuring integrity and reliability of data.

Primary requirements of a Research Data Analyst: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as statistics, mathematics, Computer sciences, or IT. Strong Communication skills and flexible for fulltime and halftime opportunities.
